A stone's throw from the Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Caracalla, San Giovanni. Bright and quiet apartment of 75 square meters. on the roofs of Rome, finely restored in April 2019. Living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double with private bathroom and the other with two single beds), a master bathroom, plus a French double sofa bed. The house is located in a building with a doorman and overlooks a large garden. Outside there is a large area equipped with benches, flowers and numerous shops, bars, restaurants, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a newsagent, some frutterie and pizzerias. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and equipped with exclusive services for guests such as the Nespresso machine with pods, toaster, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine.
